What this site keeps about you, why, for how long, and how to have it changed or deleted.
Who is responsible
HYPERAUTOMATISATION, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France, is responsible for the data of this site. To ask anything about your data, write to contact@hyperautomatisation.co.
What we keep, and why
| What | Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your account | Your e-mail address, your name, the access code you used, the dates of your first and last visit | To open the books, the chapter pages and the downloads to you | The contract: your book or your access |
| The assistant | Your questions, its answers and the chapter you were on | To answer you and keep your conversations for you | The contract |
| Your requests | Your name, organization, e-mail, role, team size and message (support and access requests), and the answer to an access request: approved or declined, the number of readers | To answer you, and to open the access you asked for | Your request |
We do not sell your data, show no advertising and follow nobody from site to site.
Who receives it
The host, Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, https://www.hetzner.com/support/, stores the site and its database.
The assistant: your question, the last messages of the conversation and passages of the book go to OpenRouter, Inc. (United States), which passes them to the company that runs the language model (or, when the site uses the Claude API directly, to Anthropic, PBC, United States). Information that you include in your messages, including personal information, may therefore be transmitted. Please avoid sharing sensitive information.
Your requests are stored on the host for manual review and e-mailed to our contact mailbox through the Hostinger/Titan e-mail service. Replies sent by the trainer and direct e-mails to the public contact address are also handled by this service. Access codes are transmitted separately after manual approval.
Temporary addresses: to refuse throwaway e-mail addresses, the domain of your address (the part after @, never the whole address) is compared with a public list of temporary e-mail services, and asked to the public DNS service of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which says whether that domain receives e-mail. Nothing else is sent, and nothing is kept when an address is refused.
The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts: Google receives the address of your connection (IP address) when a page opens.
How long
Your account: three years after your last visit, then it is deleted with everything attached to it.
A conversation with the assistant: twelve months after its last message, or as soon as you delete it (My conversations).
A support or access request: three years.
E-mail correspondence is retained according to the applicable mailbox retention and deletion settings; contact us to request deletion.
Your session: thirty days, or until you sign out.
Cookie and browser storage
One cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for the site to work, so it asks for no consent.
Your browser also remembers the width of the assistant panel and your last conversation. This stays in your browser and reaches nobody.
There is no audience measurement and no advertising cookie.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data, limit its use, object to it or receive a copy, by writing to contact@hyperautomatisation.co. You get an answer within one month. We will also address relevant drafts and correspondence in the services used to handle your request.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
